Hey folks, time for a little update of the going-ons as of late.  First things first, we would like to apologise for not doing a show Wednesday, there has been insane weather where we are in the land of never ending winter. One minute it's heavy ass rain, then flows into sleet & heavy ice, to snow... out of nowhere!  So, we cancelled the show, and just re-aired an old SFH Live episode, which is something we will do in future incidents of the same sort.  But, we will also be airing never before heard shows, and clips on days we don't do shows, so look forward to that.

    There WILL be a show Friday, no matter what.  We got a good show planned for ye, and it will be a funny one.  We are still having slight technical issues, but nothing too serious, the worse thing that can come from this is that we air Fridays show on Saturday.  However, after this first fun week of the show,  I can promise that next week and forever we will have a new show for you Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

    I personally have been going through some fun stuff with quitting smoking, which has been extremely fun!  I have been smoking for nearly 4 years, averaging at 2 packs of Camel Wides a day... haha, so you can imagine my neurilogical state right now.  I am currently at 5 cigg's a day & am 5 days into it, and it's finally starting to calm down, and level out.
